5. WhatsApp, Telephone & Online Consultations
If a patient communicates with us through WhatsApp, telephone, email, social media, or other online platforms, information shared through those platforms may be processed by the respective service provider according to its own privacy policies and security practices.
We will take reasonable steps to protect the information within our control and will limit access to authorized personnel wherever reasonably possible.
Patients should avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information through public or unsecured communication channels.
6. Access to Patient Information
Access to consultation and patient information is restricted to individuals who reasonably need the information to perform their responsibilities, such as authorized healthcare/consultation personnel and relevant administrative staff.
We aim to maintain appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse of patient information.
7. Patient Records
We may retain consultation and order records for as long as reasonably necessary for continuity of service, record-keeping, legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

Where a patient voluntarily provides a testimonial or review for publication, the patient understands that the information may become publicly available according to the platform on which it is published.
10. Before-and-After Photographs
Where photographs are relevant to a consultation or product evaluation, they will be treated as private patient information.
We will not use a patient's photographs for advertising, social media, website content, or other promotional purposes without appropriate permission or consent.
11. Children's Information
Where information relates to a minor, we encourage parents or legal guardians to provide the information and participate in the consultation process where appropriate.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information for unrelated marketing purposes.
12. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect patient information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
